Visited the restaurant recently and had breakfast and lunch. Spacious and tidy, very good ambience. They have an AC family dining also. Location is good with ample parking space. Food is tasty, but it could have been excellent with little bit more care and effort. Service is excellent.
A budget hotel, AC Room @ 1600 day. Hot water on call, no coffee tea before 0830 hrs. Card payment only by pressure. Cleaning the room only on request. A big hall converted into many rooms. You can hear what the next room are speaking, partitions by wood board.
The worst place I have ever experienced, Receptionist are rude, they don't bother about service, Photos are different from reality, you will experience a nightmare if you are planning to stay at night. Restaurant service is very good, love the food,service staff were really nice 5 star for restaurant

Please DONT GO THS HOTEL..! I booked this hotel for colleagues of mine and they had the worst experience here. The person at the reception when I first called, him, told me the rate is 1300 for a AC room and then they increased the rate to 1500 by the time we reached there, which I didnt mention at that time and ignored, but when my colleagues checked out he ask them for 1700 INR, as he already had a security amount of 2000 INR with him. And when I called him to ask, I literally had to fight over phone with this stupid person who started to abuse me .. saying "WE ARE NOT CHOTA MOTA folks" and he literally was shouting at me. ,These people are frauds I would say. PEOPLE WITH INTEGRITY.. please keep away for these guys..!

Recently they establish a tea counter in the entrance of Nadan Square named as Tea and Talk. Insufficient parking space and narrow entrance are the main constraints of Nadan Square.

I have been here for the last two days, a very good ambience, a place to go anywhere in Thiruvananthapuram city. like railway station, airport and highway. Good rooms and good attitude and cooperation from the staff. I liked very much.
