This hotel is very nice. Neat and clean, spacious. Location is very good. Front desk staff are really hard working people. They are very polite and gentle. It is worth for the money. I am from New Jersey and I feel the hotel atmosphere same as in US. I highly recommend this hotel.
Spacious clean room ,clean linen ,but AC not at all working. Checked in at 12 am and no option to stay there only and ceiling fan's speed was also slow. Hotel need to get AC serviced for room 417. No water bottle in hotel , reception fellow told morning only I can get water bottle. Location is good and staff were courteous. Could not have sound sleep as room was hot as AC was not working , it remained at 31 degree only.
Rooms are clean and of moderate size... the washrooms are clean too... the staff is eager to help and that too with a smile.. the place looks humble but is worth the money spent.. you can walk to Sarvana Bhawan in three minutes for best quality south Indian food and, Pothys for silk shopping is hardly five minutes walk from the hotel..
Rooms are reasonably good. Location is awesome in the heart of T.Nagar. Staff is friendly. The biggest problem is you will find people smoking on the floor corridors and when you open the room door, you will get a awkward cigarette smell. I struggled with family.

Stayed in this hotel yesterday, very worst service and maintenance. Checked in late night, The ward robe closet has fungal infection , In the morning when we woke after 8 am, there is no water . When checked they said the water pipe has got broken and repair work is going on and will b restored shortly. Until 10 am it was not fixed. They say they have valet parking, but no one turns up. Taking the car out of their parking and getting out to the main road , from this busy lane , is an ordeal.
Checked in very late. Room was not ready. Made us wait for 30minutes. A/C was not malfunction. Had to call technician in the night to fix. Lots of mosquitos. Not a pleasant stay.
Rooms are spacious but has a stale smell when you walk in. Bathroom is basic, not enough towel/clothes racks for hanging. Showers were warm, not hot. Aircon was not efficient to cool room. Walking distance to shops and restaurants
