I had purchased a bracelet in the month of Feb and were it only once... I repeat only once. It got broken when I wore... I had been a loyal customer since years in North Usman road... I wonder why this sought of poor quality of jewel is sold .. this was my bad experience at the store... which I had came to highlight and replaced or so.. I saw one more yesterday and got surprised that I need to pay additional 15k.... which I thought that is a penalty for deeds????...For no fault of mine I need to pay isit? which I got frustrated and left last night... My worst experience...

NAC Jewellers are really an amazing place and it's service are too good.. we are lucky to chose this shop.. qode range of vareity..

I am paying monthly 15000 in NAC ANNANAGAR FOR 10 MONTHS WHENEVER I TRANSFER AMOUNT THRU NEFT EACH AND EVERY TIME THEY ARE ASKING UTR NO AND THEY ARE TAKING 2 TO 3 DAYS FOR UPDATING THE CHIT AMOUNT. THEY ARE NOT HAVING A proper user friendly system like in other jewellery shops they update Immdly what is the purpose of paying neft AND THE PERSON WHO SPOKE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER WORST EXPERIENCE.

Had a really nice shopping experience at NAC! Mr.Vyas was extremely patient, calm and supportive the whole time. He's filled us with dreams of Pointers ;)

Worth jewellery shop for gold saving scheme compare to other jewellery shops.collections also good, elegant and unique.Easy to access public transport (bus)from this shop.

Very poor experience. I have been purchasing here since 2015. Last two visits weee really horrible. As they have spoiled entire trust and respect on them. They don't treat you like a paying customer even the people working there shows an attitude which makes you not enter the shop again for such action. Also they themself doesn't know what collections they have. Put us walk the floors and told us they don't such collection after 15 minutes of climbing up and down. No people care when you enter the shop I was shocked to see the complete team plays carrom board on the third floor after we left unattended for a long time and a poor response from sales person we left whatever we chose without buying and came back with an bitter experience. So if there any auspicious ornament purchase in my point of view I suggest this shop can be avoided.
