If a dying person's words are of any value, then my father said that his experience of the place was traumatic. The hospital released him after twelve days, believing that they had somewhat cured him, or at least had improved his condition; yet, he survived for only two days after getting released. Some of the nurses are uncooperative, and what is worse, almost all of them are very secretive, as a result of which it is never possible to know the true condition of the patient. The place suffers from a general lack of transparency and it is not unfair to be suspicious of the ethical standard they maintain.
My mother is admitted to this hospital and he has been treated properly. Service and treatment is very good. All staff, nurses, doctors as well as hospital's CEO Mr. Sourav Kumar Ghosh behaviour are excellent. No problems for patients. Really wonderful service.
I am a local guy and know every details of this bloody hospital as several of my near ones got admitted to this place. Never get admitted to this fraud hospital else you will be blown away by some fraud committments and hidden costs. And that lady named Sunita, assistant of Dr. Tarit Mitra is a rude and arrogant lady. She behaves extremely bad with most of the patients. The insurance department is a joke here. This hospital is sucking the money of patients in name of some false treatments. We are planning to take some high level actions against this hospital. Believe my words.. Few things might be good here and there but overall this hospital is like a death sentence if u have to stay longer for any major desease. My request to hospital management.. Don't put any stupid reply to my post as this is rather a genuine and unbiased review of your so called third class clinic. Rather, try to rectify the mistakes which are plenty and prevailing in most of the places.
My mother admitted in Naba Jiban Hospital from 28.06.23 to 30.06.23. The service of this hospital was excellent. The behavior of stuffs and nurses was very good and they were very caring. I think this hospital is one of the best hospitals in Kolkata. Bed no. 102 (Dola Bhadra).
Nabajiban Hospital is one of the best medical organization in Kolkata. My mother is the frequent patient of that hospital. Once she needs any medical emergency we just call to Sunita Madam for the best treatment under Dr. Tarit Mitra. We are very much happy to the service of Nabajiban hospital .
A very well-maintained and well-disciplined nursing home. Enough beds are there along with cabin facility. But general beds are quite good and very reasonable. The nurses, other staffs and specially the metron of this hospital have been so much helpful in my case. The owner of this nursing home is very much helpful too. During this COVID-19 condition this hospital have maintained all the regulations and that is very much to commemorate. I will definitely refer this hospital. Doctors from Medical College are heart of this hospital along with OPD and ECG & other testing facilities at ease.
