Naashto Level 3 - South Indian restaurant in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

The Food was served cold and did not feel it was made fresh that morning. Most of the condiments at the counter were empty and needed a refill. The staff is good. The owner needs to up their game.

We travelled and tried to get tea from this place and would recommend not to visit this restaurant. + Hopefully large variety of Indian food on offer. - Unrealistically high price for the quality and quantity offered. - Impolite and self involved staff without caring for what the customer is looking for. - We ordered for a normal tea (cutting tea). The staff at the counter punched the bill and gave token to collect the tea. When we asked for tea at the counter then the staff said that there is no tea available. - Staff discussed this with the staff at the billing station. Then a third staff took us to another restaurant (Street Foods by Punjab Grill) without discussing and getting our agreement. - Then the person at the other restaurant gave us tea in a paper glass. The quality of the tea was the worst, which should not be served. And we paid 220 Rupee for 2 tea. The tea is not even worth 5 Rupee. It's just some hot water, little milk, less sugar and a hint of tea flavour. Refer to the photos attached. - When we asked for refund, the staff started telling us that the tea is good and is served with this quality only. We requested for the bill to be able to get the refund. It took the staff at least 15 mins to get the bill from the other restaurant which gave us the tea. - We took some pics of the restaurant, looking at which the restaurant staff approached us and asked for our dissatisfaction. We told the entire story. Then the staff agreed to refund the whole amount. All in all not a very good experience to share

Had one of the worst experiences ever at the Mumbai International Airport. The staff were very arrogant and unfriendly. Mon 27th Nov 2023, at 2.15pm.

I ordered for food. They took my money. Within seconds they informed me that the food will take time to arrive. Incompetency at its prime. They don't even have a feedback note. Waste of money. Rude staff. Don't even come here. Even after taking time they served cold and pale food.

Extremely average food for an extra ordinary high price. Food didn't taste well, even the filter coffee was tasteless. Masala tea was ok but nothing great. Good options for chutneys. They were in cleaning process and made all customers wait for 20+ mins saying they had no staff to make dosas or anything and also the wait wasn't worth at all I could have better had subway for the same price, skip incase If you are not craving for South Indian dishes

They have amazing cutting chai and filter coffee. Some street food and south indian cuisine, this place welcomes you right in the arrivals at Chattrapati Shivaji International airport. Excellent samosas and bread pakoras also available here. The samosas were delicious but I loved their filter coffee the most.

Pathetic to say the least. Useless. Totally avoid. I was fasting today so just wanted to have sabodaana vada and boss my plight began. The lady on the counter thinks she is queen victoria. Served ice cooled tea when objected just snapped. Spoon given is larger than plate. For tea, hot water was to be borrowed from other shop. Avoid at all cost. Pure veg options are there more too.

At Mumbai's T2 this is one of the eateries open throughout the day. They are vegetarian and have a range from South Indian, Rajasthan, Gujarati and North Indian cuisine. They serve snacks, meals and beverages. Their USP is their attractive presentation of their food which is evident even from samples in their glass displays around the kiosk. They also have twists on traditional dishes like their oats idli and quinoa upma. They offer combos too. Prices are high but in keeping with their food quality. Service is quick. All in all, a good place to stop over for vegetarian good at T2 and placed en route most departure gates.
