A completely relaxing and rejuvenating experience at Naad Wellness. This amazing wellness centre helped us connect better with ourselves and with nature. I went here with my dad and we had a memorable time at Naad wellness. Once you check in, you're greeted with the traditional Indian aarti welcome. Check into your comfortable room and proceed for your doctor consultation. Coming to the room, we stayed at their Royal suite. The room was extremely spacious and cozy with a beautiful balcony overlooking the lush greenery. Each guest is given crisp, white kurta pyjamas to wear during the stay. After our doctor consultation and BMI check, each of us were given a personalised itinerary with a meal, therapy and exercise plan customized to our own bodies. The soul satisfying, all vegetarian food at their gorgeous restaurant Ahara was healthy, filling and really delicious. Every meal was customized and I loved the fact that they heroed millets and fresh local produce. Coming to the therapies, we experienced both Ayurvedic and naturopathic therapies for healing our bodies and invigorating our minds. Some of my favourites that I really loved during our three day stay were Abhyanga, Foot reflexology, Turkish Hammam & Himalayan salt cave. Naad also has daily yoga + meditation sessions along with a lovely swimming pool that you could take a refreshing dip in. The service was impeccable. The staff was friendly and helpful and they escort you to your therapy from your room which is a great touch to add to the wonderful experience. On check out, you're given a discharge card with a diet plan that you should definitely follow long term for best results. Naad wellness is highly recommended and you must visit for a completely rejuvenating & relaxing experience.
Really peacefull and healing place. I liked the morning yoga sessions and the late afternoon meditation sessions. The treatments / therapies are top notch ... very good quality. The therapists are all very well trained. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to place their health at #1. The accommodation is realy neat and clean. They have high standards of hygiene. The food is delicious! I am real foodie and I loved everything they served during breakfast, lunch, refreshment snacks and diner.
Naad wellness is an amazing retreat which is 2 hours away from delhi .there rooms are clean ,staff is quick & helpful and therapies are amazing. And the super healthy food was Delicious and while leaving the Founder Monaji ji gave us special gift box from Naad wellness

Please don't go by reviews...they are paid one..20,000 per night is way too expensive for the kind of facilities and ambience provided. Its better to go to Kerala if it's about treatment. Its close to NCR so pollution levels are high...it's gets Hot outside from May onwards...
Good place. The treatments are great. One of the partners of the place knows my husband Sangram so we have been there often. But the only drawback is that the total area of wellness centre is small. For some customers it can get claustrophobic. If it had been bigger it would be good. The food is good by Chef Sajan. I tried to promote the place in my YouTube channel too as Sangram requested.
