The doctors are fairly good with their work. I can't say much since I have only visited the orthopedist. But they have attained their degrees from the esteemed colleges of India like AIIMS, IGMC, etc. So I am guessing they are highly skilled. But the women sitting at the reception are very rude. I have come here two times and both the times I have had a bad experience with them. Their job is to literally assist people visiting the hospital, least these women can do is be polite to them. They have come here to get their health issues checked not bear with the unasked for attitude. The hospital should either change the receptionists or teach them to be polite to people. We know sitting all day dealing with people can be annoying but that's their job and they should know better.
Dr. Ameya Tibude is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment, he explained everything to me in a very clear manner.Its rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care...and the staff was always helpful and kind.am so glad I chose NR hospital and would highly recommend to anyone.
THE WORST HOSPITAL.....There was an emergency and they were just chatting with each other. DOCTOR came bit late and was not behaving good. He came talking to his phone, saw the patient for 15 seconds and said TAKE HIM TO CHANDIGARH.....He was not giving basic first aid. I AM NOT HAPPY. The only thing good was the Ambulance. Their main focus was bills and money only. PLEASE COME HERE WITH YOUR RISK.
We have a bad experience in this hospital. Recently what we found - 1. Very expensive if we compare with hospital 2. Staff is always with fullness of like they are doing Government job. 3. They really don't know how to treat with customer 4. Pharmacy boy was not found on their seat if you need any medicine on emergency cases. 5. We complained against pharmacy but after few minutes pharmacy boy said that this is our own system "complain karne se kuch nahi hoga" 6. I don't know who is the MD or CEO of this hospital but they should have to take an action against him after complaint him. 7. Suggestion: Not to go this hospital better to take service from government. you will save your money and save your time. 8. 1 star rating Only for the staff's behavior besides doc and nurses. 9. I can clearly see the picture of this hospital... As the building is going to rise they are nearly to fall down. 10. It's all about to pharmacy boys. Else docs and nurses are good at their services. They are treating like they are treating their own family memeber
This is my second visit to the hospital on 11 June 2021 but there only one receptionist available and she refused to make slips for blood tests. Reason stated by the receptionist the other individual will make the slips this is not my work other individual was not present at 9.50 hours. And asking at what he/she will come she stated that let me do my work don't disturb me .. she is getting panic without aby reason .. everyone choose private hospitals for their comfort and qualitative facilities . But the behaviour of the receptionists was much rude then govt hospitals receptionists.. although the doctors are much good and polite at 10:05 hours second receptionist come and also refused to make slips bcz she was busy in counting the money and ask to come after 10 minutes. Overall behaviour is not good of employees at reception ..
Services are poor not like private hospital. They are same like Govt hospital who will make people run and take hours to do basic tests. They will make you run a lot like go to reception, this sister, that sister etc to fills that form, collect that results, etc . These thing could be easy streamlined. They even wont explain why they are doing some of tests. In my case they ask us to redo test which was already done. Update on below reponse from Hospital for everyone information who will :- 1. We called them twice before visit it for USG. Once yesterday night and again today morning for appointments. They told appointment system is not available. You can come and do it and it wont more than half an hour. We never told to do it on priority for us. This is wrong information probably they are sharing. We reached the lab around 12 and test was complete at 4. This is priority as per these guys wonder what regular timing means then? 2. Our Dr has clearly prescribed USG and not any other tests which were already done one day back. 3) When the radiologist was doing USG he told he is going for some procedure which will take 1-2 hour. So you have to wait for that time. We told its fine give us call once he is back which they did and visited again and got it done. 4) Asking questions about test why it is needed etc is not wrong question and patient have right to ask them 5) Regarding their comment why did you come here :- Its laughable :-). I have heard about unnecessary tests and unprofessionalism from the peoples who have visited it earlier and also about their arrogance but getting first hand experience for the first and hence gave the review . All who are reading below replies not only to mine reviews only but many others will find the arrogance in their response itself. No need to say it further! 6. They have recognised me and dont give services in future :-) Arrogance is clearly visible and nothing can be more laughable then this comment. Generally owners/management try to enhance their services after going through comments/feedback but seems like these guys take in negative ways. We will not come sir. Dont worry about it. It was mistake we came today. Mistakes are generally not repeated again. I dont think as per law any hospital owner can deny service to patient. All the best!
