On 5.11.23, in the evening, we went to Gents section for getting shirt and pant clothes. After getting shirt piece ( salesman showed a lot of varieties and was a nice person), we moved to pant clothes section, the salesman there( name not known - who was a bearded one) was very hesitant to show varieities and was bit rude and replied in a sarcastic manner for whatever we asked him. Management should take him to task for his such rude behaviour.

Floor incharges are not capable to handle the customers even there is no proper person to tell your concern..sellers and others are shout in front of everyone like anything... While buying they will not tell the rules for exchange but while go for exchange they will tell all the not written rules... Dont spend your time and money in this place..i had very bad experience today with them.. its total waste. You have to loose your self respect...

Worst experience in kids section. They won't allow you trail any dress for kids. If we ask they will show their angry face. We reported this to manager and then only we came to know the actual worst guy is the manager. Don't spend your valuable time and money here. You have to sacrifice your self respect.
This is one of the oldest and biggest textile shops in Palani. Could be half a km from Palani Bus Stand area. A regular shop with all kinds of dresses available for all ages. Will not have all brands. Will not be a great collection of dresses. At the entrance, silver and fancy store is there. Home appliances are on the top floor. But you will get what you want.
