The store offers a visually appealing ambiance and a good collection of all kinds of clothing. The friendly staff provides good customer service, making the shopping experience delightful. I appreciate the efforts taken by the team for such a great things in the heart of punalur municipality. However , it's pretty unworthy to deal with the sales team. Especially sales ladies on first floor. Most of the table they shows only limited collections. Due to the work load they shows few collections to the customer even though stock is available. For eg if customer ask for a nighty they says don't have and out of stock, unfortunately customer has to select only from few what they have chosen. Service is bad overall. No locality from the crew. All working for to end the day.
So many collections are there. Small hypermarket but almost items are available and reasonable price. Nice staff, Less parking space. Clothing section price also reasonable.
Good collection for mens. More models and bundle collection available.. Will be good choice for youngsters to buy shirts, phant, jeans, Tshirts and hoodies.. Best in price and quality material.. Giving 5 star rating for their customer service. Good hospitality..
Very bad customer survice.. Very expensive.. Very much unwanted time lag... I won't suggest anyone to choose nk silks for cloth purchase anymore.. Bad experience.. Especially from first floor ladies sales staffs...
I got a good shopping experience from here... parking area is also not a problem..Reasonable rates.. but the overall satisfaction is not as much i expected..
Variety collection of women and mens. More variety designed fancy Ornaments available. Advantage:- we can purchase party wears and matching ornaments ..
They asked me to keep my laptop bag ouside but i refuse. And they later permit me to carry the bag inside but I don't feel good to shop at a place where customers are treated like thief. I visited several international clothing outlets but they never stoped me for the same.
