N H 21 Autoworks - Car Service Station in Verna - South Goa, India

As the owner asked why have I given poor review I would like to elaborate, I came to to the garage reading some positive reviews but what I experienced is like: 1. First you gave good attention and tried to understand the issue, but issue is not even diagnosed properly. 2. On my request you agreed to do service on a busy day according to you, I think due to this mindset you started doing work in hurry with your helper. 3. I was expecting a good brand synthetic oil within range of 2000 rs, but on call (from Margao market) you told that it would cost approx 4000 rs for 3.5 ltrs. It was unbelievable hence I denied and visited your workshop again, where you came with a rarely used brand HELLA. 4. After my denial for purchasing that oil, your behaviour became very strange. You started doing the work in hurry. 5. You replaced both wipers, one wiper was very old and it was kept in your garage for a long time. Its fitting and cleaning is not satisfactory. I told you that time but you didn't pay attention. 6. Aftrr servicing, the braking became poor. 7. The main issue for which I came to the garage is still not diagnosed. 8. You charged 2000 rs as labour charge for a normal servicing of Tata tiago which is more or equivalent to the service center. No any outside mechanic charges that much in entire Goa. 9. I asked you to rotate tires but you and your helper didn't even touch rear wheels. I could write this detailed review but I never use this platform as revenge weapon but if you are raising questions on my integrity that I use to write negative reviews every where, I will definitely write a genuine and honest review. Kindly try to finish the work with same attitude as you start. Thank you .

Would highly recommend this NH21 auto Workshop! Mr. Houston was very professional and helpful with some info about my car and helped me in getting my car fixed at a reasonable price. I visited him to remove scratches and to get my car alloys re-painted and he did a splendid job to fix them. Must visit .. amazing service ..

Would highly recommend Houston to service your car in the best possible and efficient way. The service was precise and just what the car needs no other stuff that was not necessary.

Met with Houstan to check a few issues with my car. Meeting up with him gave me confidence that he knows what he is suggesting and will do a good job and take care of my car. Confirmed the repairs that would start later after procurement of parts. Will update later.

I have taken my Ecosports for maintenance driving 130km oneway due to bad experience in Ford service centres... I found NH21 is good... Genuine n friendly in resolving issues... You may think it's very local garage but mechanics are excellent and will not disappoint...

I had given my car for servicing n I found d work was done excellent n secondly d best quality about this service centre is that Mr Houston identifies the fault quickly n d work is done faster. N I'm happy with d work done.

I had a wonderful experience with them. My car got brutal scratches, and they repainted it as if it was new. Will highly recommend them.

I am happy with the way Houston provided a solution to my ford eco sport car petrol engine issues. He has extensive knowledge and was able to sort out the issue in less than a week. He did what the authorized service center in verna could not do. I am looking forward to use his services and would recommend him if you are facing critical automobile issues.
