Had an appointment of Gynecologist Dr Sharmishtha Barua, dr did not arrive and the clinic did not bother to inform us. Verry unprofessional attitude, not accepted when you have confirmed me finally.
I wanted to show to dr there in N G Medicarend I had back pain I got appointment after three weeks nd in case of emergency then also they gave me appointment of dr kamat after two weeks We have other nursing also Very poor management
Hopeless management with no sense of time. Returned home after waiting for more than an hour without seeing the doctor even after having appointment.
I have visited NG Medicare few times. Every time my experience is satisfactory. Behavior of the staffs are good and they are quite helpful.
It is a good place to be in except the lack of space in the waiting area. Otherwise staffs are friendly, cost of the tests are competitive and yet very reliable.
One of the best diagonastic centre is south Kolkata.All my routine check-ups are being done over here.Very good behaviour of all stuff & timely delivery of test reports which are authentic & dependable. Recently in the month of end Sept'23 I had visited N.G medicare, Dr.Honey Maity with stomach pain.She advised me for blood tests & USG tests also.After going through all reports done over here I was diagnosed with gall blooder stone which was operated on 3rd.Oct'23.The doctor Dr.H.Maity was very good doctor & gave me very good service.I am very much satisfied with N.G.medicare services. On 2nd Nov I had visited this center for PSa test..The stuff & all supporting people are very helpful & polite in their behaviour.The report was delivered on the same day & you depend on their authentic reports.I am very much satisfied with their services.can
Dr Nadeem's behaviour is very insulting forward employee. Un-Hygienic atmosphere in the lab. Rats are roaming in lab.They don't pay salary when employee switch the job.
Very unhygienic. The clothes provided during x-ray was stinking , we complained so we were told that its the smell of some medication. After returning home my mom suffered with skin rashes.. Pathetic Hygiene
