N C Mall - Shopping mall in Kundara - Kollam, India

Poor customer service.. Some staff are very arrogant.. Quality of products is bit low

I had visited NC mall twice to purchase a clothing items, both the time i got bad quality of clothes and I felt like they selling a footpath items.

I will never recommend any one for a purchase. Because today me and my frnd visited there for purchase but all the sales girls customer treating is bad. We thought its a good place for purchasing but we realised that it's a so called mall. We couldn't buy anything as our wish bcz the non standard sales girls compelled to choose there own choices. The most unacceptable is cosmetic section. They not even allowed us to see the lipstick colour. How can we bring things by seeing the outer package like lipstick and compact powder? When you are selecting sales girls make sure that they have an ability to treat customers ina very good manner. It was our first and last purchase from there.

NC Mall Kundara or Shall I call it Mukkada, Kollam. I am bit doubtful on the google address, where it shows Nedumonkavu, Kundara. Actually the one which I visited is exactly opposite to the Kundara Railway Station. I didn't visit the entire mall but only had a short visit to the supermarket on the ground floor. Unbelievably I got a very good service from the shop. There were three lady staff who were very much supporting the customers and also explain about the new arrivals as well as reminds us on something we forget. The positive vibe is they remember us every time we visit there. Most of the medium branded things are available there. Even though it is a small space still it meets the customer's requirement, except some visual notice at the entrance . One negative thing which In feel was regarding the parking, they have a parking behind or on the basement of the mall. But in front the mall they got a space but it's is not wisely managed by the security staffs. If they manage the parking space in front of them mall properly it could have been more attractive. Unfortunately I didn't took any pictures of the mall as I was in a hurry. But I will update it soon. With further details.

It was a pleasure shopping here. I momentarily realized the quality of service being offered as soon as I entered the shop. A good collection with decent quality.

worst experience. low quality dress. If we wash that dress once, we can't use the same for one more time.

The affordable price and staffs are very nice

New shopping mall sort of thing. Restaurant, supermarket, textile shop etc etc. Visited textile shop, wide selection in budget price range of clothes. Less branded items.
