Located in the heart of the City. The service boys were warm and helpful. Rooms were renovated recently. Positive vibe felt.

We were promised hot water in ac room and we did not get hot water even after repeated requests throughout our stay. We were informed non ac rooms did not have hot water facilities. But AC room also did not have hot water facility. The management shoud prior inform the guests about non availability of hot water so they can plan. Rooms were excellent and clean No issues.

Room was clean and spacious. No windows, tv or wifi in the room. The restaurant below had a very stylish decor. The waiters were friendly and prompt in their service. The food was very tasty. It costs on average Rs 100 per person.

I have never seen such a kind of poor service and untidy place with high rates. The rooms and beds were not cleaned or maintained properly. The windows and the tables are full of dust. Even washrooms are not cleaned. While searching for the rooms in website, all photos were attractive. But this is the worst service ever experienced in this Covid period. Doesn't look like Covid protocols are followed.

Very very very poor. I took AC Room and their Rate is like 3Star and room providing is very cheap like normal lodge. Washroom provided is not safe for families and the bed is so much of dust and is black in color.Please find the pics provided. They not even provided soap and when asked for water , that too not provided. Please dont choose this pathetic 3star lodge especially if you are going with family. Only thing I found good is I got parking for my vehicle.

Rooms were neat and clean, but from my personal opinion the restaurant was costly.

Its a nice room with amble space and facilities.... A/C was working well... Fan and Television too... The size of the TV is small.... Furthermore the bathroom are also spacious and bug they are not providing hot water.

The Tourist house has both ac and non ac rooms. Non ac costs 350rs and ac costs 999rs. Rooms are just ok. The problem is they dont take online booking orders. I went there by booking through makemytrip. But hotel receptionist denied checkin. It was late night around 10 pm and I was tired after the trip from Sabarimala. MMT customer care was also not able to solve the issue. They refunded the amount. But this is not the service expected from MMT. I might have given a better rating. But due to these incidents I'm giving lower rating. If it is not allowing online orders, they should remove it from MMT.
