Loved the vibes of the Gym. Subtle, clean, spacious and illuminated. The Trainers are very cooperative and always ready to help with your goals without being too pushy, while taking care of your comfort and will. Must join if you are looking to transform your lifestyle.

The equipment is well-maintained and there is plenty of space to move around and exercise. The atmosphere at the gym is always positive and encouraging, which makes it a great place to go and get fit. Trainer are knowledgeable and also very healthy in Nature feels like brotherhood. The cost of a membership is reasonable and I have found that the gym has helped me to become more fit and motivated.

Have been going to this gym for the past couple of years. They are pretty well equipped with great machines and their workout plans are extremely helpful. They provide personalised diet plans as well which aid your workout regimen. I have been undergoing my lower back rehab with my personal trainer arsh and he is the best at his job. Would highly recommend their gym for their hospitality and outcomes that come with it. As they say a good physical health Is a great mental health .

I had taken personal training of Arsh Vora for 2 months and I had Amazing results. He planned the whole workout that would be beneficial to me and also had including kick boxing in it. He had also given me much knowledge about food and workouts. I am going to the gym since 2 years and have a nice experience.

I had my personal training with arsh vora for 1 month and gained 3 kgs. All trainers are certified here.The trainers are having great amount of knowledge. The people are friendly! Great environment! Hygiene is maintained properly!Great equipments .Form my side it's best gym in this area ,will surely recommend you to take pt from arsh vora and join this gym

I had worst experience with MZ's fitness Gym. I had opt out for personal training However, experience is not good. I can say there are better gym in same area than this on below points. 1. No difference in general training and personal training. one trainer is giving training to more than two person on the same time so no dedication no focused. Just trainer are doing work for shake of purposes.Mostly trainers are busy on phones 2. Lack of hygiene. Many clients using out side shoes more over they mostly clients are not using towels so you can the see sweating on the bench. Moreover you can find lots dusts on machines. Dirty smell as lack of using deodorant. Ultimately not good . 3. No BMI and No diet plans. If your trainer is serious than may be he had given you all this. In my case my trainer was sohel. so he was lack behind of all this things and not tracking all this details. 4. Not certified trainers. Hence not knowledge about the fitness. Lack behind of knowledge for fat loss. Same exercise for all clients not based on the fitness level of client. Trainer with zero fitness knowledge are giving training. 5. Not enough space. Gym is too small based on crowd you can find the too crowded on morning and evening as they have cheaper rate has not quality you can find here. Conclude, Lack of Knowledge trainer, hygiene and space issues this gym if not worth it for the personal training . I am writing this based on my experience provided I had opt out for gym membership(PT) in another gym as well in past but I did not find any this type of issues in another gym in same area.

I took personal training from arsh Vora I gained 2.5 kgs in less than a month and reduced great amount of fat. Trainers have great amount of knowledge highly recommended gym !
