Very good hotel. Stayed for 2 days. Staff are friendly and give good guidance about the places around. Wifi and Smart TV available. Nice rooms and Clean bathrooms (They can put a small cupboard in their rooms. Just a suggestion)
Hotel is just opposite temple ghat road entrance. Hotel doesn't have restaurant but nearby there are many tiffin center's.
The rooms had cockroaches and need proper Maintainence and cleaning. Under and behind the bed there are cobwebs. Hot water does not come 24 hours. Staff are humble though (only positive along with location). Parking is an issue but one can park at the ground opposite to the hotel. At the entrance of the hotel there is a shop where people smoke crazy, you will be welcomed by this cigarette smoke.
Visited this place, no hot water in bathroom, they tried their best but not succeeded. I am not fully happy about their services.

Good, neat room, king size bed and 3 persons can sleep easily. Washroom neat with hot water. Good comfortable place to visit Annavaram temple for one or 2 nights. Up Hill road entrance is just opposite to hotel and devasthanam buses and autos stop there to take pilgrims to the temple. Food in surrounding small road side restaurants not very much hygienic, this need to be kept in mind to avoid situations like diarrhoea when visiting temple. Ward robe not available in the room.
The room size is too small for a complete family of four members, but it is a perfect room for two people.
Parking : There is a huge vacant ground close to the Residency and I guess mostly all the residencies in this area use this a parking space and they will charge 50 INR (and will a token to allow the vehicle to go up to the temple) for that.
Service : Although we didn't used their service for room delivery but I guess the staff here are very friendly.
Food : As for the food there is a 'Tiffin Centre' just beside the residency and the food is good there. But for the full meals I think you might have to go for some distance from the residency.
[Temple darshan details : It's better to go early as there will a lot of people visiting the temple in the festival season and also in marriage season. And for the 'vratam' or 'darshanam' you have to but tickets after climbing up the mountain.]
As for the hotel it is totally ok to stay in this hotel.
Mythri residency is just straight to the entrance of annavaram hill,the rooms were neat and tidy but when it came to the service and behaviour of the staff i felt little bad they were little rude due to high demand of customers but overall it's a great experience ,there is a mandapam for the occasion of marriage and 100 to 150 people
Good hotal nice hospitality, just opposite to the entrance to the temple uphill.Recommended for shorts stays

Excellent high way dhaba with freshly prepared food items. It's near to temple and can be easily found while you going on high way. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes can be found. All variety of dishes are available.
