The receptionist: she feels she is the owner of the hospital, no respect to the patients, giving false commitments to the patients.
The pharmacy and hospital (including op and final bill) they don't accept online payments or cards only cash & cash.
The doctors: they are good and always busy in operations and dressing team behave as doctors (doctor will see photos shared by this team and guide them).

Dr.Nageswar Rao is Good Doctor & Given great treatment to My Mom during critical COVID-19 situations.
