Good place to get Non Veg South Indian style food from early morning. Can get Idly, Parotta with all sorts of NV sides from morning. Taste is good. Better ask the price before ordering sides, Dove Roast (Pura Kari) was suggested very strongly server and got 300 Rs bill for that which is not worthy. Overall good place for NV lovers especially from morning.

It was raining cats and dogs in the highway and I parked my car at the hotel parking and was waiting for the rain to stop. I had no intention to dine there as I thought it is just a average high way hotel. After some time I thought of giving it a try. The non veg meals was great. Chicken BRIYANI was average, but their nattu kozhi fry and mutton chukka was ultimate.

If you're looking for a traditional TN style, spicy, non-veg meals, this place is amazingly good. Their meals are a must-have. Their duck roast was very well made with ample pepper added. Price is reasonable for the quality and quantity. Atmosphere is a bit average. One word of warning is that the food is very spicy. If you're not used to spicy South Indian cooking, you might not like this spot

One of the very few places matched to its name *Mess* , where we can be guaranteed on quality, service and cost ! Best stop over place for lunch, the quality is very good. I got to know from the person inside that most of the stuff used for cooking are self grown.. from milk to meat. Some dishes we had and loved: Mutton buriyani, mutton curry, turkey fry, kadai fry, naatukolzhi fry, etc. The spice level is very mild which is very good if you have kids traveling along. The Mutton and other meats tasted not only good but also organic, I could verymuch feel the difference. And the service quality is very very good, the person understands our requirements and suggests the dishes accordingly. He also helps me in customization of few dishes. The masala buttermilk made the finishing well ! Highly recommended!

We ordered thali.. no sambar... Items are average taste. In the second visit ordered mutton biryani. Average preparation . Mutton taste was not fresh and not good meat. Dove fry was good but expensive . Curd was good. Soup and rasam was average

Location is super convenient.. just on the side of the highway. Lot of parking and lot of pet animals to entertain kids. Toilet was clean . Food was very good. I would be rated five star but because of an unethical behavior of staff I'm rating it down, I asked for idlis for the kids and they said they didn't have, then for dosa I asked for coconut chutney but was said not available but while I was eating a big religious group came for them idlis and three types of chutneys were served I felt very bad at this discrimination. I hope others don't get to experience this.

You can't have a better breakfast (non-veg) on this National highway. Mutton fry,boti,country chicken fry, omlette,half boil all available for breakfast. Idlis were really soft and imagine having hot idli with chicken and mutton gravy in the morning. I liked the country chicken gravy. I have heard Mythili mess is the best non veg hotel in Athur. But now,I agree Mythili mess is the best.

tried turkey, mutton, chicken, idly, and dhosai. I've never had a turkey that was so good. It is nice and soft. I would advise giving it a try.
