Mystique Inn Beach Guest House - Hotel in Periyamudaliyar Chavadi - Villupuram, India

I had a very bad experience. And I don't even know where to begin. 1. Despite reaching at 3 PM, when the room should have been absolutely available, the guy had 'forgotten' about my booking, and gave the room to someone else. He first asked me to move to another property which I refused to do. Only then did I get the place, after an hour sitting in the sweltering reception. 2. The location is bang on the Auroville road, so expect alot of honking and speeding autos. The rooms are dirty and they provide dirty linen, only if you ask. No toiletries. 3. The overall area is shady. No lights on the street. The guy at the desk is nice, but that isn't worth much if the property isn't worth much. Skip ! 1. Lack of privacy 2. Weird setting of rooms 3. Shady location- speeding traffic and no lights 4. Too expensive- our budget was thrown out the window.

Not eligible for staying too much rent price but not acceptable. 0% cleanliness and service of water disposal and electricity is very scarce. Too bad to stay

The worst experience you can have is here. Dirty rooms, beer smell everywhere, misbehaving staff, unhygienic atmosphere. They show different room on online portal but once you reach there you'll see the reality. The roof was leaking, unclean bathroom, no parking space , its in a very cheap area with narrow lanes. Your car will get struck. Never stay here there are plenty of other options you can go for in better price and much better experience.

Wonderful place. Sufficient rooms for group trips. The owners are well behaved and supportive. Had a good stay. A place that easily helps you commute in less time to important locations of the territory. Must choice for people looking for friendly inns and stays.

Very very dirty Full of Ants and bugs We stayed there for 45 min, because of pest Mom got rashes. I had to take her to clinic to treat her and spend about 3000. The care taker will just show the room and immediately ask for Money. Once you pay he will abscond and you are stuck there. But because of poor condition and mothers health I left the place even without getting back the money. I have asked my lawer uncle to raise this in a consumer court. As I don't want others to suffer health wise. Even after reading this incase you wanna stay. Kindly stay for half a day before paying any money.

I have been here with my friends, Very bad experience we had here. The room booked was in actual place and they gave in cottage. Rooms were very bad in quality. And there was no power backup, we had to be awake 4 hours in the night due to that. So much musquitos problem. And it was salt water given for bath. Room maintainance was the worst, not cleaned, not even a door mat was given. Night, when there was power cutdown, the response was like, what can we do there is nothing in our hand from the person incharge there. Not recommending you to xhoose this place.

During boarding initially they said room unavailable but later they provided us the room. Room was pretty decent they did not provide any toilet accessories or towel. For the amount we provided it was pretty decent.

Amazing place if you are fine with a local ambiance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not for huge family stay, better for a short stay with friends. Very close to auroville beach, 5 mins walking. Have to arrange for food, not provided by the Inn
