This tour group is great, I went on 4 different tours all were fun and informative. All guides have good English. They keep you posted on unexpected changes.
We booked Mystical mumbai especially for night sightseeing of Mumbai nagari and its worth. Our driver cum guide Imran was very soft, honest, having knowledge and did his work without any hurry. And the night tour is amazing, really one shoud do it.
We had a wonderful day to visit Mumbai Mukesh was our private driver, he's an excellent driver and guide. He always listened, was available and took care of us. Our tour guide Raj and driver Jamal made this trip worthwhile for all of us. He was on time for the pick up and very friendly with us. We chatted like an old friend and we did really fun and silly things like sing on the car and made Tik Tok videos on the streets (at our request!). His personable demeanor made this trip very memorable for our group. They showed us all the spots we wanted to hit (he did cross check whether there were specific things we wanted to skip or add at the start), also adding many other stops that felt local and authentic. We even had the chance to walk through their area of residence! Highly recommend this to cramp all of Mumbai into one day.
My guide Chetan was very good and informative - he had a thorough knowledge of the tour and made for a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.

Booked a personal driver for a few days in Bombay. Car was well maintained, and driver was nice and spoke good English. Gave us some history behind areas we passed on our routes. Some hiccups here and there, but overall was good.
