Mystic Valley Spa Resort - Resort hotel in Igatpuri, Awal Khed - Nashik, India

Rooms are good with an option where 5 people can stay comfortably but the only con is that there is only one common bathroom which can be challenging. The double bed was not so comfortable as the bedding was too thin... There was no water in the bathroom and the water was not hot enough to take the shower but on calling the room service the same was fixed but overall I would say the resort is good and can be considered during the next visit

Room maintenance is very poor, the price is too high and they are not maintaining according to the price they are charging. Bedsheet and carpet was torn, I was shocked to see the ambiance. Property is big but they don't know how to maintain and charge price accordingly. I can't recommend this resort to others. Price is like 4 star hotel but totally it is like 2 star only. Staff are little co-operative that's why we are able to stay for 1 day.

Very Spacious Rooms. Had booked 2BHK Pent House for Six People. Breakfast was Very good. However, Lunch and Dinner had very few items. Service was very good. Initially, They informed no non veg food will be served in dinner, but when we spoke to manager they told us to select one starter and main course from menu. Mutton Roghan Josh was very good. Power went off atleast 3-4 times in night. They had generators however it would take 5-10 minutes to electricity back. Tip: if you want to go don't prebook all meals. Can have ala carte

The bath tub in the room is broken. Towel is not there near swimming pool. Swimming pool is also not well maintained. Room rate is quite high compare to the facilities and ambience. Food is ok. Regular breakfast. Location wise recommend but not otherwise. No napkins, No All-out in the room.

Rooms were spacious and amenities were fine. But furniture looked aged and water quality not good. Electricity issue - Multiple times power cut and generator didn't switch on automatically. Food is strictly avg and too expensive considering it's taste n quality. Not all rooms have good view. When you order food at room they always ask to make payment immediately instead of one time at the time of check out. It's kids friendly. Swimming pool and garden is there for kids. Few paid activities for kids and adults.

The place is a really beautiful one. We were 6 and stayed in the penthouse. Location 5stars as it's very very close to the highway. We had a pretty bad experience with the Service in their restaurant, other than that all was good.

One of the best place to stay at Igatpuri. It's a huge resort which multiple buildings housing accommodations for guests, rooms are spacious and clean. It has in house restaurant and food is yummy. Staff is courteous and guest oriented. Needless to stay during weekends pricing is high so week days are great fit for most of us. But in case you don't have that option then better book early like a month in advance. They also have a swimming pool. To be honest most people go to Igatpuri during rainy season in Maharashtra, and swimming pool water is too cold to enter so more or less its just a show but again a welcome addition. They also have a play area but most things are broken so again just for a show. The reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is because of a foul smell in lift and lift mats are dirty and even after complains it was not changed. Also my room bathroom was leaky, bathing water was all over the bathroom and during rainy season cold and drenched feet are strictly NO NO. Overall experience was great, I recommend this resort to all, just book in advance to get a good deal.
