Awesome experience. Very nice place to stay. But the only one problem is it's too far from city. No connectivity available from hotel. Taxi will charge upto Rs 1200-1500 round journey from hotel to market. Staff is very co operative. Food was good but not upto mark.
Pathetic!!!! Yeah That's Right , You heard it Right That was my experience in this hotel but I have been to lot of worthless Hotels before but I never thought of posting and giving review on any of them but this one is one of its kind . They don't have electricity backup. They staff will make you regret why you booked this hotel . Food was tasteless ( they served us Kadhai chicken , but surely it was nt Kadhai chicken). It is far away from main town.
This hotel has rooms right on the top of the darjeeling valley to give you its most pleasant view. The toy train just passes below making to listen to its whistle twice every hour. Truly enchanting experience of darjeeling.

Management and service are worst. Service staff has no idea of their issues. If you ask for anything basic like hot water in room(which is needed in hill station weather), management and owner says we can't help. On top of that they will ask for your advice to correct things and will ask to adjust with the ongoing issues. WiFi doesn't work in any room, even at reception area. They have done renovation of few rooms and it's still ongoing for remaining rooms. So rooms are good and few rooms have great view of valley. But room service is worst. Even if you have 2 adults and 2 kids in a room, they will give you only 2 towels. There is no iron, no hair dryer, no laundry service, no hot water in any room. (Iron/hair dryer needed to dry wet clothes, as they does not get dried in hill station weather). Food is not tasty and is being offered very limited food per person (like 2 rotis or 1 fish piece or 1 egg). If you ask for sufficient amount of food they will say it will be with extra charges. Even if you ask for second papad they will charge you extra. Shef is very lazy to prepare food and you have to wait each time.
It is far from town. For going and coming , it will take lots if efforts. Rooms and all are good. Good view form window. Only bad is it's location and no vehicles will be available from hotel to roam.
We travelled Darjeeling through Yaro ki Sawari travel agent his service is good. We was stayed in this resort, the resort is good, the staff, its service, cleanliness etc. all is well. Our suggestion to all of you is if you come to Darjeeling book this hotel/resort and enjoy your stay here. you have do also book directly these resort.
