It was lot of fun, very well managed. However, one thing which I felt was not right was that, my 12 year kid and his friends had to purchase extra 30 minutes but then they were able to solve the myster. They were given only 1 medal which to me did not make sense. They should have been given 1 medal each. It would have made their day. Secondly, we had taken a group of 16 kids there, spend 12000 plus and when I asked for water as kids were thirsty. They were like you have to purchase them. Atleast water could have been given complementary. Its these small small things that makes a lot of difference. The management should look into this. Otherwise, the lady incharge there was very sweet.

I was in my escape room and there was a passage with a key i was supposed to get with a magnet. The magnet fell and i couldn't get it. I asked for help from the security cameras but they didn't come for 10 mins and that wasted the 1 hour time limit I had. So when I got through the passage, I had 1 minute. I asked for more time because they didn't come for so long but they didn't say anything and just left me. There was also writing all over the walls which I though were clues but those were just random words written by other people. It was also really expensive and if I'm honest, it wasn't worth it.
