Pathetic hotel arrangements for Dalhousie trip, after complaining to Ankita, inspire of giving solution she started giving excuses. Can you imagine a hotel with damage toilet, no TV cable, tea coffee arrangements in room, no toilet supply, no linen towel. They are booking Volvo at the end of journey. Not expected.

We were 2 couple and we had a great experience with this Manali package. Overall package assistance and guidance done bu Miss Pooja which was unconstitutional. Great following up done by her. We would prefer the same hospitality again in near future for any holiday bookings.
We enjoyed the trip thoroughly. Hitashi Mam arranged everything so smoothly. Hotel was very good and cooperative. Everytime i called for any help, Hitashi mam helped me. So i would recommend all to use their service once if want to visit Himanchal.
