I wish I could give more stars to this place. Like 7 out of 5 or something. This place is that good. The couple that runs this bandi is super sweet. Patient, and engaging with all patrons. They even give a small small sample before serving/packing to make sure you're ok with the taste. Every item on the menu looks and tastes great. Churmuri, bhel, mango bhel, pineapple masala, this is a dry chats place. Everything is super fresh and tastes fantastic!

A go to place for Churmuri which is a mixture of puffed rice/ raw veggies freshly made- spice level customised. Also tomato slice is a favourite. But apart from street side location, one has to be prepared to eat with hands. Weekend wait can be long. Hygiene is fine inspite of the appearance.

This is Mysuru's one of the best Churmuri corner. Churumuri is all time favourite snack. If you want to have Summer Special Mango Churumuri this is the right place. . Not worth the hype.I tried their special Mixture

EDIT ON - MARCH 01, 2018 Had been there yesterday, The last couple of times I visited this place the taste seems to have changed, it is not what it used to be, Churmuri tastes very bland, hope he brings back the old taste. **************** While in Mysore searching for a good place to taste churmuri we came upon this, read reviews here and drove to taste their churmuri, it was a Sunday and we couldn't locate this place since we didn't find any shop at the mentioned place, While returning we found this shop by 19:00 hours they were just opening the shop, it is a typical road side shop with a four wheeled cart made into a road side shop. It was clean and hygienic for sure, this shop seems to be there from 1956 his son is not law carrying on the business after his dad, We tasted Churumuri which is puffed rice mixed with oil, various Masala and green chutney along with Shredded Carrot, onion and cucumber, We tasted Churumuri from various places but this one and the one at Chamundi Hills stood apart, we tasted Churumuri, Nippat Churumuri, pineapple Masala, cucumber Masala, Nippat Masala and Mysore bhel, Apart from Mysore bhel we absolutely loved the rest, if churuMuri as awesome pineapple was simply delicious! If you have a chance go there for their Churumuri ask for special Churumuri & pineapple Masala. They have many varieties which we couldn't read from their menu due to the language barrier. Do not miss their Special Churumuri & Pineapple Masala.

Excellent chats lovedd ittt... I had tomato, cucumber and pineapple salad ... I loved the salad ..... Like obviously pineapple is seasonal and the masala he adds is very delicious ... And tomato also is one of the iconic chats he makes .... Like i hv been eating his chats since my childhood . Like my grandmother parents house is at Mysore ... So when ever I visit he like 90 per of time i once go and have a bit there

Karntaka has many regional variations of mandakki(puffed rice) preparation.This is Authentic Mysore style churmuri...a small road side cart with multiple options in their menu...i loved their kannada menu board which is hard to find in karnataka now a days..only problem is service is little delayed in peak hours ..do try it if you are nearby..
