Friendly Staffs, Quick Response. Visited for General Blood sample, Urine Test and ECG for my Insurance from ICICI. Got it done within 30 to 45 mins. Building maintenance could be better.

I had my medical test scheduled for insurance here. The test was at 9:00 a.m on a Sunday. I went to the lab by 8:30 a.m. The lab wasn't crowded and the staff was cooperative as well. I got the entire procedure done in 15 min. The blood test was not painful at all. Overall it was good for me.

This place is very felthy, there is no proper arrangements here and all the equipment are too old. There is no word called cleanliness here. Most of the insurance company get their medical test done due to low cost.

Extremely poor time management. Have no regards for other people's time. I had an appointment at 10 AM for insurance related tests, and reached promptly at the given time. At 11 AM was informed that doctor will be available at 11 -30 AM. Now it's been more than 2 hours that i am waiting and still no update yet about when the test will be conducted. Very poor management. Incase your insurance company gives option, please select anyplace other than this

Very worst experience. Insurance desk nurse treating customers very rudely, returning patients telling lie that doctor is not available, at the same time conducting test without doctors also. They never bother about customers time. SBI insurance people..please don't refer your customers to this centre

I went for my insurance Medical check-up The receptionist is very friendly and they processed my documents very quickly even though i reached the centre 1 and half before my schedule time Its kind of an old building but it really doesn't matter if you are there for your body checkup, but its looks like they are having soke age old machineries for checkup and they have placed some vacuum type button on my chest for ECG and it was coming out again and again They have a lot of rooms with different functionality, I only visited 2 rooms one for giving blood samples and another one on the second floor for ECG that's it The washrooms are quite clean and hygienic when I visit ( I visited morning ) My blood samples and other diagnosis completed within 1 hr may be even less than that, because i visited as part of my insurance Medical check-up I'm not sure about the pricing since i dont have to pay for any checkup

Worst service only one Dr can done all scanning pregnant ladies also waiting till morning to afternoon. Scanning report also no 3D/4D photos common scanning report totally worst place. Dr please refer good and well maintained scanning centers.

I went for Covid package worth 3500/ Blood tests are ok Ct scan is not good. They dont give film itseems for this money. And the rating they gave for my case was 9/25. My doc insisted on film. Went to KVC for CT thorax. Report and film ready within 22 minutes and my score is 6/25 here.
