Very poor service. I gave laptop for service last month, complaint was keyboard not working properly. Once it is resolved, in 2-3 days laptop not booting. Power was not coming to the board. Again I gave my laptop to myG vadakara and it is around 25 days. I'm calling them continuously and they are not even picking my call. I was a regular myG customer. Now I fed up of the service they are providing.
*Poor customer service.
*Employees need some refreshing customer service handling training.
*Employees are very busy with some personal activities.
*Bill Hard copy not provided.
*Overall staffs are not interested to handle the customer.
Dear MYG Management instead of social media motivation please arrange some on site Employees welfare/motivation program.
