Bad experience!!! Just bought a new phone today. The phone was not charging, even it is a new phone and charger. When I called them to check, they told me to check with another C type charger. Then come to their showroom, will give new charger after 7 days. Irresponsible!!! How will I use the phone if I don't have a specific type charger? It's a new phone and charger, they are not checking the products before sale.

They are treating customer very badly.. Worst experience from the sales executives and sales persons also. They are singing songs loudly disrespectful. Me anad my wife wife standing there she felt very uncomfortable Please check the management to resolve this issue I won't come again for any purchase to this shop again and I won't suggest.

The offers and discounts announced in newspapers are in print only. The prices are always very high compared to online prices. They sell only at MRP. I had twice purchased mobile accessories from here in the recent past and the experience was the same. The employees are not focused at the customers purchasing small items. myG disappointed.

Worst place to go. Have zero value for customers. They are lazy to pull out the information and will gang up and talk. When you complaint about it, they will kinda think of getting into the work mode. Rather than spending on huge billboards company should train the employees with minimum work ethics. It's hard earned money which is spent on these and we are not there for charity.Anyways you lost a sureshot purchase and a customer! Good job, MyG!
