I married in November 2017 and hoping a child. My husband was working in Delhi. So, I lived with him in NCR .when consulting a doctorin Delhi for conceiving a baby. She replied me you are not able to conceive a baby. Me and my husband was very disappointed. But when we come to Bihar in lockdown. we hear about Dr Sarika Roy with my friend . We visited here and diagnosed by Sarika mam. Only three months of medical treatment I conceived a baby. " Aaj Dr. Sarika Roy mam ke dwa or dua se main maa bn ski. Thank you so much #drsarikaroy# .

Though the doctor is good but the staffs behaviour is at its worse ....they would treat you like street dogs....whether the receptionist , or the man at blood test centre or the lady at billing counter.Also they have no basic facilities like clean drinking water and toilets. The only thing which you get in return of heavy amount of rupees 1000/- is rude behaviour. If you have self respect then move to other good doctor where the would treat you like patient ....not street dogs.

Important points to be noted. 1) If you are a new patient, reach the hospital before 7:00A.M and get yourself in queue Because counter opens at 7:00A.A.M. The fees for new patient is Rs 800/- 2) If you are an old patient you have to come to the hospital in between 4:00A.M to 7:00A.M with your old prescription. Then Give the prescription to the person available on the gate . He will then put your prescription in queue. Now, you can pay the amount at a counter which opens at 8:00A.M. Note: old prescription validation must be enquired.

The staffs are arrogant and ill mannered. I literally saw a staff threatening a patient as she was poor and can't do anything about it. If you want to visit you should be prepared to invest your whole day there. The doctor leaves whenever she wants and keeps her patients waiting. She goes for normal delivery that's true but for that she will make you buy very costly medicines. You will have to get hospitalised every month and then every week for 5-6hrs for taking those medicines. You can't do anything else on that day. Whole process will take upto 3 lacks which is quite an amount for a normal delivery. The rooms are not very tidy and separated by wooden boards which will not give u privacy and peace. I stopped visiting there just after 2 visits. Then I went to Dr. Sushma Pandey. I had a c-section as she prefers it most and at that particular moment my condition didn't allow normal delivery. But within 8 days my stitches were perfectly normal. The whole process costed at least 1/3rd of that of Dr. Sarika Rai clinic.

Worst management, Dr. is good but staffs are very rude, senseless and unprofessional. They will treat you like beggars. Lots of patients visit daily so doctor is also very busy, she is not giving proper time to listen to patients.

Very good for gynaecology and obstetrics specialist in Infertility and fetomaternal medical treatment. U must come here with having a lot of time and patience as a very much rush always remain here

One of the most popular hospital of Bihar. Now am sharing my views about this hospital after spending here about one week. * Why is popular? - This hospital is popular because of Dr. Smt. Shanti Roy, an experienced and rich educated lady. * What is the biggest problem here? - If you have come here to show patient to Dr. Smt Shanti Roy, You will encounter a confusion that where to met her (because her son's, daughter's and daughter in law's clinic is also known by her name and she visit there also) * Where you can met Dr. Smt. Shanti Roy? - You can met her on three places 1. Shivam Hospital (Here is O.T.) 2. Braj vesham (her residence, you can visit on foot from here) 3. Swasti Hospital (Her Daughter's hospital, you can visit on foot from here) Overall this may be realy a nice choice to visit here.
