My Tour Package - Tour operator in Delhi - North West, India

Had a horrible travelling experience 1) The bus was in a poor condition and the seats were very uncomfortable for such a long journey. 2) The guide took us to very unnecessary places which had a tie up with the tour company 3) The staff was very unprofessional. A lot of time was wasted at each place as a result we reached the drop off spot at 3 A.M instead of 11:30 om which was described in the package 4) Luch and dinner was the biggest issue because they took us to the most unhygienic dhabas which had no proper and sufficient staff to handle such a huge crowd. The food was also awful

Cheater Bus service.. Booked Super Delux bus at rs 349/- but only one bus for 299/- and 349/- tickets. Very bad bus condition. While booking I have booked front seats but when bus ( which was very bad) arrived on bus stand no any such seating arrange followed. I personally suggest avoid such cheats. Instead go for HO-HO bus

Customer services is too poor ..this people don't know how to treat their guest.. following was my experience with them. 1. This guy's doesn't have any concer when it comes to online booking. 2. They will take us only to those places in which they will get a commission for every guest like shipping, food etc. 3. They don't even keep the time. 4. Poor speaking skills and the information of guide is limited.he won't explain much..even though they offer guidance in both language, they only do this in hindi(he only knows broken english) 5. They mock the south indian people only because their mother tongue is different..me along witha 6 memebrr group from kerala had this experience. 6. Tickets to Qutab Minar was pre booked by him for Rs. 60. When we reach the place he only refuse to give me the ticket as iam a solo traveller and he asked me to get those persons standing in queue to get tickets to me.in that case why should I opt their service. Any one could have done this things all by themselves. Those persons who read this ..just don't fall for their advertising as it is too cheap. Every job has its own ethics . But they don't even keep up to any. Pls took some other services instead of them

Very worst service. Please don't go. 1- They will take extra charges in the name of entry ticket and guide for fort and museum. 2- They will waste your time in shopping, will not give sufficient time for visiting. 3- Will not cover all the places. 4- They Will stop the bus for launch and dinner where they have a deal so they can take extra charges. 5- If you book for Valvo ac bus but they will take you in a very poor normal ac bus.

Worst staff service. They gave my trolley bag to some other person before ending the tour. Completely spoiled my tour. Never book ticket from them. Lunch at Urban Dhaba near Qutuib Minar: worst food quality.

Never book from this website, Don't do the same mistake which we did, Worst service, the seat reserved are never given to you, the guide talked to us very roughly, and even he attempted to slap us, yes slap, very bad experience. I have shared the pic of guide below. The guide is a photographer if you don't buy his photo service he talk so rudely to you. They give strict time of 30 to 35 min to see places, which is not possible also they give you warning "if you spend more time the bus will not wait and you have to catch a auto and reach another location at your own cost. Whole day spoiled due to the guide.

Never ever booked the tour from them, Totaly worst service. Worst buses, worst staff, worst & Unhygienic food and worst tour service. I was booked the tour for delhi darshan after seeing bus photo shared but in actual they provided unconditional des z and pathetic bus for sight seStaff and guide was very roude. They also allow the person who pay less charges, In traffic they stop AC service in bus. They were not followed the stopage timing as per their schedule mention in website., Total bad experience.

Service are not god as they don't provide seat as booked through online and on reporting to bus they provide seat at their own and not as per your choice as booked.
