My Jio Store - Electronics store in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

1. Person who is sitting at desk, you can clearly see how frustating his face when a customer is asking for something. He talks very rudely n angrily as if he owns Jio. He looks short n little chubby ..you can see his rudeness on face There is one more person may be like jr to him young boy - he is very polite but he doesn't have much knowledge on the issue so he also need to ask above rude person to know it but that rudely person doesn't care to help him too! 2. Its "Jio Digital" store but they won't accept digital payments. I went for Sim swap and it Cost 50/- I told I will pay using digital payment mode but the above Person denies it! I have 100/- in cash but still he denies because he don't have change 50/- in cash to give it back to me. I told send me via phone pay etc but he says "No" OKAY, keep the change with you only - replies "No.." Give me some product , I will pay Sim fee along with it - He says "No" Bakwos Reason: if product cost 149 + 50 sim fee -> 199/- Even if I give 200 in cash, that person says "No" because he don't have 1 rupee to give it back and also he won't keep that 1/- with him Not sure if it's Jio "Digital" conditions or it's that above person own rule He puts Customer in very difficult position He doesn't care at all Very rudely says No Now a days even beggers are accepting digital payments You should keep a board outside store saying "We accept only cash and should bring exact payment in Cash" **Jio "Digital" but no Digital payments ** Rename store name to *Jio Cash*

Very worst experience with this store to max customers, if any body came here for dinner replacement they simply says sims not available or server not working only, they r not ready to service nd they gives u a offer if purchase any accessory then sin replacement possible

Good front office Executives... Dedicated Employees resolved 3 issues at a time... Ya that depends upon your issues.I reached to store during lunch time they are about to go for lunch but after request they split the work among them and they completed...thanks team

I visited 3-times for postpaid to prepaid sim convert, they are not responding, all are young but, waste fellow. Irresponsible persons are there. Just, now I convert madinaguda reliance digital shop, my work is done with in 10 minutes.

Not a big store where all queries get addressed, for my broadband and DTH issue they asked me to visit the Jio store Opposite to BJP office Kukatpally.

visited the store on e-sim issue but the Staff is way too lazy to resolve my issue.

One of the worst fellows i have ever seen. Very irresponsible and very lazy. I request jio to remove them.
