My Jio Store - Electronics store in Ludhiana - Ludhiana, India

Rubbish & Rudeless staff. Website shows closing time at 10pm but staff closes store at 8:30pm very bad experience.

Disappointed Very very bad service by this store owner and they r spoiling the name of India's Largest and Biggest Telecom company Jio owned by Reliance Limited... They have no care of customers and don't care how much the customer is Harassed with their own mistakes.. Two days before I got sim swapped from them and it was rejected by company because of wrong image they clicked and after two days we visited again and they gave us a new sim after standing there for two hours and said that it will be activated in two or three hours but after ten hours the Sim has been activated yet and customer care asked that it was not processed yet by jio store personnel.... What's this.. I mean what kind of service they are providing to their customers and there is no drinking water and no ac in this hot weather was present.... Jio should take a strict action against these fraudsters In this image u can see the broken ac and how this store looked like

Worst experience in Ishmeet Singh chowk model town. Sales representative Mr Mahesh and Mr Avtar is worst ever representative I have ever seen in my life who is not ready to do his job and the behaviour is very rude and not ready to give me in written after being long discussion ready to give in written. From the last 10days I am visiting to your showroom in evening but everytime they refused to re activate the sim.

We get Sim swap in just 2 minute I am happyb

They does not provide service for jio customer only i will give no star if they are allowed me in review to give no star option ... There appointed person also lacks knowledge...they also not care about jio customer . They all are poor knowledge person not care about other...
