My Jio Store - Electronics store in Thane, Kalyan - Thane, India

Pathetic condition of store, only 2 executives to handle issue. Waited to long due to long que.

Not that much attention they give..... My problem is not solved......my sim was corrupt and they have only 1 sim card but for jio phone users.....they told me that if you purchase jio guard plan of Rs 500 something then they will give me the sim otherwise they will not provide me sim...... I'm vary upset from these behaviour They told me that sim is not in stock for you

The JIO team have lost interest in this shop, for everything they want us to go to the Kalyan west shop, which is very far from my place, also there are no variety of phones and just one or two brands.

Illiterate customer executive! asking to buy 2500 plan just to reactivate sim!

We purchase realme 11pro pluse 5g phone at 20000. In the store phone option are selected only. Location of store turning on road. Very difficult yo park bike and Scoty. Do not come on car because their is no space for parking. We park our bike on road.

Very poor service jio executive charged 350 rupee for sim replace ment when we loss our sim then urgent want to sim with same number but for jio green sim charge only 50 rupee..

The procedures they follow are hassle-free for the customers as they use latest technology. They don't askfor aadhar as they hv finver print scanner & software.
