My Jio Store - Electronics store in Sangli Miraj Kupwad, Sangli - Sangli, India

Staff was polite and friendly but they don't know what they are doing. I wasted a lot of time trying (2 times* 2h each - 24hours waiting time each) to buy a prepaid sim but they couldn't manage to activate it. The process is very bureaucratic maybe it's not their fault. If you are a foreigner buy the sim from the airport

Very pathetic behaviour, . Very dirty. They don't have seats for seating They have stools plastic ka stool and even premise is very dirty even they didn't clean your jio ka board. . I have such images that employees are eating khainee and spitting outside your store . . . I won't go there again and i will tell everyone to don't go there with your family

Authorized person said that forms for simcard replacement are not available, This is only one place in sangli where jio simcard will be replaced. And that's great, thanks to Jio for service support
