Worst customer care, walked in for migration from prepaid to postpaid, the staff behaved rudely, they don't care for customer, also misguided me telling that family plan can be activated only after 20 days. Truth is it can be done the same day. When questioned their tone changes and became very rough. The place is hell just like a market place. The hand grips on the doors are broken, inside it's filthy and stinking. Why it's open only god knows. If they can't help let them tell it openly, why do they misguide the customers? And if they do not have technical knowledge why are they at the place? Horrible experience. I have seen them behaving like this many times when I have visited the store. Please don't go there.

The staffs are super good. The are giving fine response and solving the problems as soon as possible. There is not enough parking is available is here to park two wheeler or car. The mobile accessories and other products like tv , speakers are very less models only available.
