My Jio Store - Electronics store in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

Behaviour of staff were incorporated, i suggest every one don't buy anything from this store jio. Jio system is also very poor,uncouth, illiterate, mannerless, arrogant person is at the front desk

Today i visited the store.. All the staff behaviour was just so so so rude with me and my father. We urged them for a sim but they needed the documents which also we bought but then also they were talking so rudely after that they denied giving us the simcard and told to move out of the store.

Beyond pathetic, I can't even comprehend how this store is even operational with this amount of unprofessionalism some uncouth, illiterate, mannerless, arrogant person is at the front desk (one with the tattoo on his right arm) who wasted 20-30mins of my time to just chat with a person in front of him and often belittling the only other employee (presumably his junior) to crack a joke now and then, but if i ask about the reason for making me wait, he says he's working and busy (literally just sitting there without doing anything and i was the only customer); when I enquired a 2nd time after the laughter and smile got a bit annoying for me, he started behaving really rudely some people really need to be taught their place in society, these are like the unnecessary load on a community; one can see multiple complaints already (caution: most of the good ones are definitely self promoted ones, that person definitely should be taken action against) How are people like these even employed, i pity the person whose boots people like him had to lick to even get offered them a job only to lose business and customers

I had a terrible experience with this Jio store in Ulubari. They are running a scam with their postpaid fiber connections, conveniently not mentioning anything about prepaid options. On top of that, the employees have absolutely no behavior or respect. It was a complete disappointment dealing with such poorly behaved individuals.

I have purchased many mobiles from here on Feb 1i made a purchase of iphone 14plus which was by mistake was locked wen i visited the store got full service from them to solve the issue great service

Poor service. Only one person, who is very very slow and inefficient, was working and the other sitting at the counter and just talking.

The staff working here don't know the value of customer satisfaction ,I bought the sim on 23rd March 2018 paying 500 rupees at that moment. It got activated on 3rd April 2018(10 days later). For which I have to come here all over from fancy bazar and that also 3 times ( only for activation) Now ,they have activated the sim ,but still I have to come to store,because they have not recharged my number , This is the kind of customer service I am getting from reliance Jio True harassment case Please,buy the sim from some where else
