Very rude and non-cooperative staff. I visited store for replacement of old SIM. After completing all eKYC, the dealing person without asking about mode of payment, himself entered payment mode as CASH and asked me to deposit Rs.50/- in cash. I gave him Rs.500/-. But very rudely he rejected and said bring change only. I requested him for other modes of payment but he was more rude this time and only I know how I got change from outisde and finally got SIM.

Was rude and clearly told me that my phone is not compatible with Jio sim.I came back and tried on my own and was able to use the same sim on the same phone. PATHETIC service.
