Very rude staff . I had to port my sim to JIO.. He was very rude as if I am his labourer! Moreover they will charge 240 rupees for new jio sim/porting to JIO (which is usually free from company) and don't give any receipt! Update: Rs.240 charged is for Rs.239 Recharge for new sim, Got the invoice after 2 days. It takes 3 days to complete porting to jio network.
Worst customer support ever. Please don't visit this shop. Customer executives are the worst. He was not even ready to hear what we were telling him. He was shouting.
