Standard reason of biomatric not working by the bald employee. Working like a government department. I visited 4 time and they had given same reason. They are exert not in work but are best in finding reasons for not to work Need serious staff overhaul.

I visited the store for a new sim same no 9:00 Clock. I ask the staff to change the sim he said suddenly biometrics not working. But staff playing games on mobile I feel like very bad service by the jio customers. Today onward I suggest my colleagues and family member to convert another company sim it's very poor service and network issue.
Staff is so coprative to help me and give me my lost sim with in a minute. Staff ask me about hand set and I promise i'll take handset very soon.
