We been there for jio transfer and then after dome all process he ask us for 130rs which is charg free when we ask it should be free then he said you have to buy some cable,charger earphone,or something whatever he had Actually we don't want all that Then he charge us 50rs which is totally unfair Don't want to go again
The customer care executive were very reluctant and also didn't know about the various schemes, they even did my extra recharge because of which I had a loss of 100 rs. It seems that because of big brand name jio customers are going to come for sure so they don't need any effort for that so they can relax and enjoy their salary.
Storekeeper provided incomplete information that he is unable to issue duplicate SIM because of error due to which I had to visit the store twice. Later in the evening he said it cannot be done today as it is sunday. Already Jio is worst and worst customer service as expected.
