Gave my details weeks ago and a person told me he will call me and let me know if my number is deactivated. Still waiting for a call. And no answer when calling the number. Called the store directly only to hear from them that it'll take time, if you can't wait go to another store.
Executive asks me to wait for a minimum of 20 mins because he is just not in a mood to serve and says his phone is charging. I just wanted to convert my sim to esim. Don't think he needs 20 mins of charging to do a minor task.
