My Jio Store - Electronics store in Delhi - North, India

Attention Mr. Shankar Kumar Area Manager Sir, I was at store # 3570 for a new SIM card for my phone, on November 1st. Being a senior I forgot my bag with some important documents at the store. I was very worried when I got home and waited till the next day. Then I went to Jio store and asked Devender Rawat about the bag. He was very helpful and had kept it safely to be picked up by the owner. I really appreciate his help and honesty in keeping my bag until I was able to pick it up. Branch manager don't coprate with customer...I want a old sim card but he said to me if don't buy anything from my store like phone,smart watch the I give you simcard otherwise I don't give you only sim card

Bad Service, Staff in full attitude and thinks he knows everything. don't even listen to customers , just give his useless Gyaan in abnormal tone.

They do not have any customer care at all. The person who's in store is so hard to be talked with and he hardly responds in a friendly manner. Worst customer service ever. Will raise a complaint with the company. Also, anybody who's visiting this store, expect to get disappointed.
