My Jio Store - Electronics store in Changanassery - Kottayam, India

Recently i have made multiple visits to the jio store to get a new sim because I came to know that jio is now providing 5G on my area. It was very good experience i got from the jio store. The staffs were so helpful and supportive. I did face some technical issues regarding my phone and e-sim at first. But the staffs over there helped me and figured it out. So thank you for giving good service. They also have headset to smart phone collections, all are in good condition with reasonable price. Parking space is also available in-front of the store. Store is also neat and decent.

I had great experience with 'my jio' changanassery. Special thanks to Mr.Afsal who guided me for the entire process and keeps me updated about each process and thanks for the entire team for your great support and good service.

A conjusted customer care with approx 200 sq ft space on the first floor of Marettu building,just opposite to Kohinoor Petrol station in Palace Road ,Changanassery. They allow only 2 persons inside the shop. A large customer lounge and space available on the 4th floor of same building. But customer entry restricted and you have to wait outside with out any chair or fan till your service issue solved. Felt like I am in some government office.

Verygood customer sevice

Utter waste service from the people in this store. Their behaviour is like that, we are there to beg for something. Making the customer waiting for long, and they are busy doing something else and chatting with their friends. I never use to give such bad review, but my experience forced me to do so.. I had visited several other jio stores from where I got excellent support earlier. Arrogant behaviour from staff and customers are not their concern.
