Staff is helpful. I went here for replacement of Sim card, all you need is your adhar card and 25Rs. But if your number is from outer circle other than Bihar Jharkhand, then they will provide you with a green sim card, which sometimes is not available.

Service is a little slow. Staff are helpful but customer burden is also more.
