Staff extremely unprofessional, didn't wanted to even hear what i was telling him. Just he wanted to say what he was saying and wanted me to listen to him only and behaved as he knew everything. Terrible experience
I went for a SIM replacement... it was pretty quick... in 10 mins i got a new sim. The service I got is good...

BE CAREFUL. There's some staff who charges you extra money. I found out the employee did that so when I called him out he just shifted the story like its for prime membership and everything. The email will come only for 149/- data plan. Even the employer was scolded by his superior for charging extra money because even if I don't know Assamese, I could understand them. Felt pity for scamming people like this.
3rd class service, they don't know how to handle a customer
I regret not reading the reviews of the JIO store Chandamari , Guwahati, Assam before buying Jio SIM with prepaid plan of 300/- for a month.... Ohh to my surprise when I reached home and received the sms from Jio , the recharge was done for only Rs 209/- these guys had cheated on me for Rs: 91/- ... Feel pitty about our state , every second place find corruption.
Loved to visit this store... Boys are co operative and responsive.... Serve till night 9:30 pm... It's really appreciable..
They didn't response problem with our sim till now... Its like 2 month they didn't response..

Loved this place. Gorgeous, for a mall in guwahati. Escalators could have been both ways but they aren't it is what it is. There are rides for kids at the entrance too, if you are a parent and looking for that.
