If you have any chance, pl don't go to this outlet. The staff there dont know their job properly. I went to this outlet for an e-sim for my newly bought iphone. 3 times my photo was taken and 3 times my aadhaar card was verified but still they were not able to activate the e-sim. An another staff actively came and went through all these process again and finally gave me a physical sim. When I asked him why I am being given physical sim instead of activating e-sim, he said, I thought you came for physical sim. I spent more than two hours in the store but the purpose was not met. Total waste of money and time....
