My Jio Store - Electronics store in Thiruvananthapuram - Thiruvananthapuram, India

Worst experince ever. I visited to get a duplicate of a lost sim which is belongs to my brother. I went along with my brother and they said the name in the id proof and jio records are not matching. We were asked if we can wait for 3 days they with correct the name and can provide duplicate sim. To further follow up we have collected their phone number and called after 3 days. No body picked up the phone even we tried multiple times for the last 10 days. Finally we visted the store and asked for the update, they don;t have any update, they don;t know when it will be ready, they don't even know whether it will be ready or not. They don;t have any answer for why the didn;t attend the call. There is a person Mr. Akhil, he was very rude. He is behaving like we are asking for a favor to him. I'm not sure what's wrong with these people. Worst experience ever, not recomended.

Visited the store for sorting out an issue with converting existing physical SIM to eSIM. Mr.Akhil was the only employee available. He had to attend a steady stream of customers. However, he patiently attended to me and successfully resolved the issue. Since he was the only employee, it took some time but I didn't mind. Very limited parking space for vehicles (only two wheelers). Not many seats were available for customers to sit inside the service center. Please provide drinking water also. Please post more employees for better customer support.

The two stars are for Reliance Jio which provides good service across India. Apart from that, if, for any reason you have to visit the store near Ulloor Signal, its a nightmare - due to the traffic and two wheeler parking in front of the shop. These days, most telecom providers have the same plans and pricing more or less, so the store executives do not run behind you - This could be another reason for an unhappy experience. Customer has lost his negotiation power

The store is near Decathlon Ullor, with limited parking space. The staff was helpful and since there are many customers usually you might face a little waiting time.

Customer service Staff attitude No polite .Always keep customers waiting. Please keep professional staff for this kind of store.

Overall ok. Experienced for waiting some additional time to solve the issues.

0 star. Worst store i hav seen. Lethargic staffs. Went there for 5g issue (otherwise it was normally working). They advised to get a duplicate sim paying Rs.50. After that new sim not at all working, even after 24 hours. Stores Contact number also not working.
