Awesome luxury hotel.Excellent place for business meetings and events.You will realy enjoy their service and fecilities.We stayed for one night and the rent was 7250.The room is spacious have a table for doing your works.Have refrigerator and electronic kettle with things for making coffe and tea.The room has full wifi access and smart tv facility is available. Laundry and room delivery is available.
The property seems overrated, they have lot of scope of improving hospitality, wellness center was in pathetic state, certain basic amenities like body lotion, bathroom slippers etc. were missing .
The budget option from ITC for the VFM conscious business traveller. The breakfast option is amazing with a live section providing freshly prepared items. Location is easily accessible and in the central business area. Courteous staff and good service overall.
This is our go-to place usually late evenings but the breakfast buffet is also excellent - quite a spread of fresh, seasonal fruit, Indian breakfast favourites as well as continental breakfast options. Food: I literally pigged out on the excellent salami, bacon, sausages and pancakes with maple syrup plus a fluffy cheese masala omelette. Washed down with mixed fruit juice. To assuage my guilt I chugged down a shot of methi (fenugreek) seeds soaked overnight in water. My partner went for a mix of the Indian buffet and the continental... Masala dosa from the live counter plus bacon and an omelette. Service: Excellent. The staff is warm, cheerful and well trained. They make you feel at home. Ambience: Good (as expected from any 5 star) Overall Experience: 8/10 (I'm being stingy) excellent VFM
