My home full details About 60 - 75 rooms 3room, 2room, single room available, they use biogas plant for their kitchen hotel. They use solar electricity for themselves and kseb for renters. Each room has each meter box which is kept too. High we cant see it and control our usage. They note down electricity usage and give us a bill including current charge and rent, cleaning service, and food optional if taken. Postitive reveiw Safe personal single room home only boys. Nice ambience, dogs and puppies around. 24 hours open can go in and out any time only for renters and for students learning hotel management, logistics and aviation have a strict rules and dicipline, Draw backs Rent - 2500 + electricity (depends on how much we use) +200 cleaning service charge(4 times cleaning per month). Extra charge for food 150rs per day for 3 times meal. In a month about 4650 for food. If want extra food veg -70rs, non veg 90 rs 2 time meal is 125rs per day. Current cuts of oftenly Can't use induction or kettle or high volt electrical appliances. They wont allow us to cook by ourselfs. Can bring gas , mini gas. No food, no drinking water, when i came room was full of dust. I asked them could you give me broom ill clean my self, the talk ignoringly, i told them to deduct cleaning service charge, which i can clean myself, they said it cant be done, its a policy with rent. If you stay below 15 days they will charge for the below 15 days, but if you stay above 15 days they will charge you a month rent full. NETWORK NOT AVAILABLE INSIDE ROOMS. Litteraly unhappy.
The hostel fees are less 2500 pm.you will get one room with attached bathroom and minimum required furniture, like one steel Anuraj, one wooden table wooden cot with foam bed.parking area is also sufficient for car parking.Only downside is that no food available.you have to go to town which is not too far.
Single room... Best atmosfier ... You get a bed .. pillow .. Table... Rent for 1 month is 2000 rupees .. Worth it
Good Hostel to Stay Single or double. Affordable rate. Privacy. Parking fecility is plus point.
