Great place for having food for Gym freaks, health conscious people, good food, great service and average ambience. Especially veg salad and sprouts with fruits and Paneer.

Today I ordered a Sandwich and found hair inside the filling. This is the standard they follow.

I recently went to this place. I was hoping to find some vegan options which i couldn't find. It has more options for non veg as compared to veg stuff. The staff is very humble. Ordered gravy rice (Rs140) - 8/10 it was fine, not bad taste but i was concerned about the healthy food factor.

It was an average type cafe. They provide healthy and nutritional burgers and sandwiches. I tried protein chicken burger and it was not so good. The chicken was fresh but quantity is not so good. They also provide sprouts and fish. Mainly this cafe is for gym people's.

Best healthy food in karnal, I go there quite often and always enjoy the food they do, it's healthy fresh and yummy..., The juices are really good!! The food is really amazing, I have been to practically all of them and this one tops them all by far. The service, the prices, location, parking, coziness, friendly young staff. Huge variety of dishes...

Roasted chicken is amazing, quality is really good. Hygiene is properly maintained. Somewhat expensive, than expected!
