Accidently I came across MFK, while I was looking for gym closer to my residence. I was not too sure, whether I wanted to start this kind of fitness regime, since I am a person with two left feet and a little low on energy. But, I must admit I got much more than I ever expected in this class. A lot of positive energy alongwith a great fitness routines, very happy, friendly and inspiring atmosphere. Trainers are so good. It's such a break from my daily mundane routine. This one hour is celebration and I have always walked feeling very happy, out of the class. It's so much fun alongside achieving your fitness goals. I recommend this classes to people who like to keep fit, who like to dance and to all those who like to dance, but don't know how to....! All my best wishes to the team.
I hadn't been able to develop interest in exercising until I visited this place.monotonous gym workouts never fascinated me. The trainers here are highly skilled and professional and deliver a perfect mix of different workouts keeping one highly motivated!!! I have also been able to bring my body back in shape!! Love all you fantabulous trainers and cheers to Deeksha for maintaining the high standards!!! Highly recommended to all fitness freaks!!

Fantastic workouts by all the instructors. Different workouts on different days breaks the otherwise monotony of classes being given by same instructor in other gyms/aerobics centres. Staff is always smiling and welcoming. Hygeine standards are optimal. Personally, I have benefited from the workouts by losing weight and gaining confidence :)
I joined MFK in may 2016 for 2 months and there has been no looking back! Still a part of it and totally in no mood to quit coz it keeps me fit, happy and going.. Love the fact that it offers great and varied forms of workouts, flexible schedules and an airy studio. The wonderful trainers keep the workouts fun and worthwhile at the same time. Best fitness class I ever joined. Great trainers who not only focus on anerobic training but also provide you the the best diet suggestions as well according to your body. Trainers are very friendly and they keep on changing the exercises inorder to shock your muscle and hence you will get more benefit in a hour class. As we know diet is 70% responsible for how we wanna be. Best dietary and nutrition puts you in a much better position to make your efforts much efficient. Special thanks to Reena and Diksha who are always supportive to me.
One hour workout every weekday is just the dose of physical excercise you need to keep yourself first and active! Boosts of a team of skilled trainers who make you sweat it out but add that pinch of fun at the same time!! Highly Recommended!!!!
